PROJECT MANAGER
Job description:

Overall management and leadership of the assigned project: creating a detailed project plan: establishing objectives, schedule, budget and human resources (in-house designers or subcontractors)

Technical supervision: overseeing the implementation of the technical aspects of the project, including validation of technical solutions

Communication: across the organisation and with all external stakeholders, e.g. investors, construction representation, government authorities concerned

Management of the engineering/architecture team: allocation of tasks, monitoring progress and problem solving within the team

Participation in the production of project documentation in all phases of the project and control of the technical documents and drawings produced, such as situation drawings, floor plans, technical sections of the buildings, facade preparation, coordination of installation wiring, etc.

What we expect from you:

Experience in building construction - knowledge of the design and implementation of building structures

Relevant education - university/college in civil engineering

Project management experience, responsibility, perseverance and courage to manage complicated projects

Knowledge of Revit/Archicad software
-
Awareness of BIM processes and 3D modelling
-
English language skills (some colleagues speak English)
