Between 2000 and 2002, this apartment building was converted into a five-star boutique luxury hotel located in the vibrant Smichov district of Prague, close to the historic centre. Featuring lavish Art Nouveau-style interiors and exteriors, Mamaison Riverside Hotel offers 80 suites, a conference hall for up to 90 people and separate conference rooms. LOXIA provided the complete services of the architect and general designer from the planning permit to the occupation permit. The interiors were designed by Pascal de Montremy.
