In Modrany, we implemented projects for residential housing on the site of the former Modrany sugar factory with a kindergarten connecting this area. A new town hall is currently under construction. There are also the completed projects of a grammar school and the residence project ‘Modranska rokle’ which have been standing in Modrany for many years.
Prague 9
Of the many projects in the area around Rokytka creek, LOXIA has a total of 8 projects, of which 5 of them have already been built and are mainly residential buildings. Other projects are under construction and offer, in addition to housing, a wide range of civic amenities and connections with the park and Rokytka creek.
Prague 8
‘NOVE CHABRY’ is the name of the entire urban project, which is located in Prague 8 - Dolni Chabry. It is a new self-sufficient residential district mainly with apartment buildings complemented by a new square with shops and services.
The Nad Cimickym udolim 1,2,3, or the Camovka 1,2,3 project, was a challenge for us to save the local environment which was devalued by former military repair shops. Now this area in Prague 8 is gradually being transformed into a desirable residential district situated in a quiet location between Cimicky haj and Bohnicky areal. The first building of the Nad Cimickym udolim was completed in 2016, the second will welcome its residents at the end of 2021, and the third is currently being designed.
