Rescue of the historical complex
The dilapidated 17th-century farmstead has been transformed into luxury residences that blend historical architecture with modern comfort. The renovation was particularly challenging due to long-term degradation of the buildings and flooding, which required unconventional construction methods. The project includes unique features such as a glass elevator and weather station-controlled windows. The historical and new buildings are united by baroque mansard roofs, with the original dormer windows and vaulted ceilings preserved. Architects designed 72 apartments with terraces and views of landmarks. The exclusive 6 penthouses offer private garages, an elevator, a wine cellar, and wellness facilities. The new constructions seamlessly integrate with the surrounding area and respect the lifestyle of the 21st century. The residential complex is complemented by romantic gardens inspired by the French style of the Trojský Castle, featuring private front gardens, a historizing well, fountains, and water features. The promenades, shaded nooks, benches, and carefully designed greenery create a harmonious environment for relaxation and visual enjoyment. The Chateau Troja Residence project won awards from both experts and the public in 2019. LOXIA provided complete architectural and design services.
