Modřanské shores

Modřanské břehy is a new apartment building in the heart of Prague 12 - Modřany, designed with an emphasis on urban structure and lifestyle. The project creates a compact unit with three parts - north, south and corner. The corner tower with 12 floors creates a distinctive urban accent. The building also contains a commercial parterre accessible from the street. The building naturally relates to the surrounding prefabricated houses and the garage building both in height and volume. The building also includes a large basement with two underground floors. Parking, greenery, sidewalks and public space are naturally incorporated. The location provides excellent transport accessibility due to its position by the tram flyover. Overall, the project brings modern living into a traditional urban fabric. LOXIA provided the architectural study, planning permission and documentation for the building permit.
