Zátiší nad Rokytkou

Zátiší nad Rokytkou is a residential project in Prague 9 - Vysočany, consisting of four low-energy apartment buildings (A-D) with 120 flats ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk. Each apartment has a cellar and outdoor space (terrace, balcony, front garden). Parking is solved by underground garage and outdoor spaces for visitors. Construction took place in 2017-2019 and was followed by the 1st stage of the Emil Kolben Quarter (E-G houses). LOXIA provided complete architectural and project documentation.
