ARGENTINSKÁ OFFICE BUILDING

The Argentinska Office Building (AOB) is a modern seven-storey office building on the corner of Argentinska and Plynarni streets in Prague 7’s Holesovice district. On the ground floor there are commercial premises for local businesses. On the next six floors there are smart offices which are modern and flexible. Each floor can be divided into one, two, three or four separate units. The building includes two underground floors with parking spaces and technical rooms and storage cellars. Additional parking spaces for visitors are located in front of the building. The roof of the AOB building is designed in the style of a living green roof and terraces, which are composed of a variation of plants and vegetation. This roof not only insulates well, but it also has a beautiful view of the whole of Prague. For lovers of cycling or scootering, AOB offers two spacious bike sheds and hygienic facilities. The building was designed to obtain LEED certification and was completely designed in the BIM system. LOXIA provided the architectural study and planning and building permit documentation.
