BUDĚJOVICKÁ ALEJ

Budejovicka Alley, a commercial and administrative centre in Prague 4, was built between 2001 and 2003. It consists of two interconnected units: a horizontal five-storey building and a ten-storey high-rise building. There are parking spaces in the three underground floors. The ground floor, open to Antala Staska Street, is available for retail units and services. On the ground floor there are also two entrance halls to the building, which serve all floors with office space. LOXIA developed an urban solution and supported the project through the planning and building permit phases.
