EDEN SHOPPING CENTRE

Prague 10  - Vršovice

The Eden shopping and administrative centre is located in Prague 10 - Vrsovice, next to the Eden football stadium and the Vlasta residential buildings. There is a Tesco hypermarket in the building and the company also has its Czech headquarters there. The building was opened in 2005 by Carrefour / TKD. Two years later, Tesco took over ownership of the centre. In addition to the hypermarket, the centre also includes a shopping gallery with more than 100 smaller shopping units for products and services, as well as a food court. The building’s administrative section has a usable area of 9,000 m2. There are approximately 850 parking spaces underground. The area in front of the centre features a public plaza with a park. As the architect and general designer, LOXIA provided urban planning solutions, planning and building permits and interior design.
