The proposed complex FIBRAN in Havran near the city of Most is located in an undeveloped area of the municipality of Havran, specifically in the southern edge of the Joseph Strategic Industrial Zone. All structures constructed as part of the proposal are new build. The complex FIBRAN is designed for the production and storage of extruded polystyrene (XPS). The complex is divided into a production section (production hall 1, hall 2, hall 3, including production technology, storage silos, and gas storage), an administrative section (two-storey office building), and a storage section (paved open and covered storage areas). It also includes corresponding technical and auxiliary facilities and other facilities such as on-site roads, advertising areas, sanitary facilities for drivers, parking areas for waiting trucks, parking for employees and visitors, water management facilities (e.g. retention tanks and pumping stations), and landscaping. LOXIA fulfills the complete mission of the general designer and architect from the urban planning study to the implementation of the production plant.
