Between 2008 and 2010 a new apartment building project was implemented for a building gap on Kovaku Street in the Smichov district of Prague. The apartment building contains 25 residential units on eight floors. Parking is located in a two-storey underground garage. The project also addresses the connection of the apartment building to the technical infrastructure and public transport network.

LOXIA provided comprehensive services of an architect and general designer from the architectural study, planning and building permit documentation, execution documentation and the author's supervision.
