NAD ZÁVĚRKOU RESIDENCES

The project of a new residential building in Prague's Břevnov district in Nad Závěrkou Street was built between 2006 and 2009. The residential building provides 27 residential and 5 non-residential units on a total of eight floors. Parking is located on the underground floor. The project also addresses the connection of the apartment building to the technical infrastructure and public transport network. LOXIA provided the comprehensive architect and general designer services from the architectural study phase through the planning permit and building permit phase to the execution documentation and author's supervision.
