RIVER LOFTS

The River Lofts residential project is located on the banks of the Vltava River in Prague's Holesovice. The housing complex completed in 2009 contains 151 apartments and studios in five buildings with a common underground parkade. All apartment buildings have at least six floors above ground and some of them are designed with several receding floors. The complex offers residential units ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk in maisonette apartments. Although the River Lofts are close to the city centre, this apartment complex offers privacy and comfort and also beautiful views of the Vltava River. The nearby marina and the opposite shore is full of greenery. Parking spaces are located in an underground garage.
