VALEO ŽEBRÁK

Between 2007 and 2008, an extension of the changing rooms and sanitary facilities was built for the Valeo Žebrák industrial complex, which is located on the south-western edge of the village of Žebrák. The existing building was expanded by the addition of changing rooms for 420 changing places. The total capacity of the industrial complex is 1 105 changing rooms. The design of the changing room extension must meet the requirements of the standards and also include washrooms, showers, and toilets. An assessment of the existing sanitation capacity was prepared for the heaviest working shift, i.e. a total of 320 workers (160 men, 160 women). The Valeo Žebrák Heat Exchangers s.r.o. production facility is used for the production of segments for heating and air conditioning of cars, which are shaped, soldered, and assembled here. LOXIA prepared the project from the phase of the study, through the planning and building permit to the tendrer documentation with the author's supervision.
