VALEO RAKOVNÍK

The reconstruction and extension of the factory in Rakovník for the French manufacturer of automotive components VALEO was carried out in three stages between 1998 and 1999, 2002 and 2003 and 2005 and 2007. In the first two stages, LOXIA managed the project. In the third phase, the site was expanded to include a production and storage hall for the production of automotive refrigeration equipment, an extension to the administration area, an extension to the employee parking lot with 278 parking spaces and modifications to the existing administration building. In all three phases, LOXIA fulfilled the complete mission of architect, designer, engineering, organization of the tender process for the construction contractor, author and technical supervision.
