ATRIUM PALÁC PARDUBICE

LOXIA participated significantly in the implementation of this shopping and cultural centre plan, located not far from the historic centre of Pardubice and is well-integrated into the surroundings and infrastructure. The Atrium Palac Pardubice is a spacious modern building with three floors above ground with an underground parking garage that is linked with the existing Tesco department store and provides residents of the city and the surrounding area with a variety of opportunities for shopping, refreshments, services and cultural activities. The facade of the L-shaped building is composed of granite combined with glass and metal cladding. The main public spaces, situated on the ground and first floors, are connected with the gallery situated alongside the entire shopping street. A multiplex cinema with eight theatres and a 900m2 social hall are located on the second floor. On the ground level, extensive landscaping modifications were made to the immediate surroundings including the addition of greenery and a water feature. LOXIA fulfilled the complete mission of the general designer for the phases of the architectural study, planning and building permits, execution documentation and author's supervision, including cooperation on client changes.
