Hradec Králové

The project and implementation of the Futurum shopping centre took place between 1998 and 2001 in Hradec Kralove. The complex includes a pedestrian zone with retail spaces of various sizes. More than 100 stores offer not only fashion brands, but also consumer goods, electronics and various services, including a hypermarket, multiplex cinema, restaurants, bistros and a children's corner. Of course, there is a parking lot with 1250 parking spaces. Thanks to its location in the city centre, the shopping centre adds an interesting architectural element and enlivens it, becoming a well-known city attraction with leisure activities and a place for people to meet-up. LOXIA provided comprehensive services of the main architect and general designer from the planning permit documentation to the completion, including the occupation permit.
