FOUR SEASONS HOTEL

A detailed reconstruction and extension of the luxurious five-star Four Seasons Hotel in Prague 1 - Old Town was carried out between 1996 and 1998. The hotel is located on the Vltava embankment, between Krizovnicka Street and the Alsovo Nabrezi embankment offering majestic views of the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. Hotel Four Seasons Prague is the Prague branch of the Canadian hotel chain Four Seasons Hotels. The hotel complex is located in several buildings. Part is located in a new building and part is situated in several reconstructed historic buildings from the Renaissance, Baroque and Classicism periods which are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The hotel has a capacity of 310 beds, is equipped with numerous hospitality facilities and a prestigious restaurant. LOXIA, as the general engineer designer, secured the building permit, the execution documentation of the architectural engineering part, cooperated in the coordination of professional trades, provided author's supervision and secured the occupation permit.
